Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery to you.

All orders ship from our Bedford Hills, NY store from Monday through Saturday (we do not ship on Sundays or Holidays).

All Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, etc. will ship with such articles as noted in their product descriptions.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon deliver for all orders over $1,000.00

Can I have my purchase shipped to a different address?

Yes, just enter the desired ship-to address in the "shipping address" section of your shopping bag. Please NOTE that for PayPal orders, we can only ship to the address associated with the account.

When will my order ship?

Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received and verified. (Excluding Sundays and holidays)

Customs and Duties

We ship our luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

* Note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed.

All orders to international destinations are still covered by our 14-day return policy.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted from our website however we require that you contact Penny Pincher Boutique within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email as to why you would like to return the item. Any items must be shipped back to us via mail or you can also return in person at Penny Pincher Boutique within 14 days. Original packaging must be returned with items (that’s if designer packaging was provided to you) and tags still attached on items returned. If we see any additional wear on the item, we will not take it back. To avoid returns please contact us with any questions before placing an order. In addition, Hermes & Chanel Handbags, jewelry, scarves and leather accessories are NOT returnable (As noted in each listing), However Hermes & Chanel clothing and shoes are returnable.
